Why did you choose Virginia Wesleyan?
I chose Virginia Wesleyan because of the small class sizes and campus. I loved the feel of the community and how it is so close-knit. Oh, and I love the beach, so the location is ideal!

What campus activities are you involved in or do you plan on being involved in?
I am involved in Greek life, community service, the Wesleyan ambassador program, tutoring at the learning center and the Honors & Scholars program.

What is your favorite class/professor?
My favorite class that I have taken is ceramics because it was really hands on and we got take home something tangible. As for professors, I have really enjoyed having classes with Dr. Firek because she is very personable and has a lot of knowledge about the education field.

What advice would you give to students deciding which college to attend?
Make sure that you choose a school based on the academics because the entire reason you are at college is to get an education. Your studies should be your top priority; everything else is just a plus.
