Assistant Menâ€™s and Womenâ€™s Swimming Coach
Reporting directly to the Men’s and Women’s Swimming Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will aid in all aspects of the swimming program, while complying with University, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Duties include, but are not limited to: on-deck coaching at practices and competitions, and providing supervision and mentoring to student-athletes for the remainder of the 2017-2018 season. Following the season, primary responsibilities will include recruiting qualified student-athletes and assisting in fundraising activities in the spring. Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED. Competitive collegiate swimming experience is preferred, as well as prior successful coaching experience.
This is a part-time, temporary position with duties beginning January 2nd, 2018.
