Why did you choose Virginia Wesleyan?
I chose Virginia Wesleyan because the Faculty and Staff made me feel like I was more than a number, and that I actually mattered. I enjoyed meeting with Coach Littleton, the Head Track and Field Coach, and I felt genuinely wanted as a member of the team and campus community.
What campus activities are you involved in or do you plan on being involved in?
I am an RA, captain of the cross country and track & field teams, a member of the President’s Council, Vice President of SAAC, an officer cadet in ROTC, and a Wesleyan Ambassador!
What is your favorite class/professor?
My favorite class is physical geology with Dr. Haley. I enjoyed this class because Dr. Haley made learning about rocks fun and enjoyable and helped me find a passion somewhere I never thought I would find one.
What advice would you give to students deciding which college to attend?
Do not be nervous about choosing a school. Go with your heart, and you will end up in some place that you truly belong. No matter where you go, it is all about what you make of it.
