Student Life

Catch the Marlin Spirit at Virginia Wesleyan!

As a student at Virginia Wesleyan, you'll discover how rich and valuable the college experience can be. There are many student clubs and organizations to engage your interest and ignite your passion — everything from The Marlin Chronicle student newspaper and Habitat for Humanity to the Wesleyan Singers, Marlins Vote and fraternities and sororities. There's something for everyone.

Our Wesleyan Activities Council, a student programming board, brings a steady stream of musicians, comedians, and other entertainment to campus to keep your weeks full of opportunities.

Interested in participating in flag football, sand volley or a pool tournament, or taking a weekend getaway for your own adventure? Our campus recreation office, RecX, has everything you need to get your adrenaline pumping.

A big part of student life is also found in the simple things – such as rehashing a concert with friends in the Marlin Grille, or sunning yourself in one of the Adirondack chairs scattered around campus.

Your life at college is in the moments and they are rich indeed on the Virginia Wesleyan campus.
