Four First-Place Titles in ODAC Track and Field Championships
Geni Roberts, Terrian Smith, and Ja'Marri Henderson claimed four individual titles

The Virginia Wesleyan University Men's Track and Field team finished fourth as a team at the 2023 ODAC Track and Field Championships hosted by Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. Three Marlin student-athletes claimed four individual champion titles in Geni Roberts, Terrian Smith, and Ja'Marri Henderson.
Senior Geni Roberts became a four-time champion in the long and triple jump at the ODAC Championship. In the long jump, Roberts won with a 7.13m mark while he jumped a distance of 15.05m in the triple jump, shattering his old previous best and school record of 14.92m set earlier in the season.
Terrian Smith claimed sole possession of the VWU high jump school record with a mark of 1.96m in the men's high jump, finishing first in the event.
Ja'Marri Henderson continued the Marlins' success in the men's 60m hurdles, with alumni Landry Moffo winning the event with a time of 8.54. This is the fourth consecutive time Moffo has won the event.
