Supply Chain Management A-Z: Operations and Logistics Basic
Mondays/Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
The Hive in Virginia Beach
140 Independence Blvd., Virginia Beach
This workshop will provide the basics of supply chain management, operations and logistics, and customer service. Participants will learn transportation and logistics, how to manage a shipment, and how to manage export and import documents. Topics include shipping processes, document management for exporting and importing products, and transportation costs.

Entrepreneurship
Mondays/Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Learn the world of entrepreneurship from opportunity recognition to cashflow management in this workshop. Learn what it takes to start a small business in Entrepreneurship I. If you want to learn more about the start-up process and how to fund the venture, this workshop is for you. Get pointers for getting your start up off the ground and operational.

Help Desk Prep Workshop

Learn to navigate the basic concepts of computer troubleshooting and repair so that you will be better prepared to understand and resolve issues as they arise. Learn the typical hardware and operating system problems that can occur when using a computer.

Information Technology Project Management
Saturdays from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Participants will gain skills essential to project managers and those in support roles, with course materials aligned with the internationally recognized standards of project management. Oriented to concepts such as time, cost, risk, and communication. Once completed, participants will meet or exceed the educational prerequisites for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification offered through the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
