Enrollment & Tuition Policies

Full-Time Enrollment (12–18 Credit Hours)
Full-time day students enrolled in fewer than 12 credit hours per semester will still be charged the full-time tuition rate.
Students enrolled in more than 18 credit hours at the conclusion of the add/drop period are considered to be in overload status and will be charged $1,614 per credit hour for each credit over 18.
Students may enroll in 1–4 credit hours of designated service courses per semester. These credits do not count toward the maximum credit hour calculation for overload purposes.


January Term

All incoming first-year and sophomore students are required to attend January Term. The non-refundable January Term fee will be charged during the student’s incoming semester.
Non-first-year students who are enrolled full-time during the fall and spring terms may take a January Term course at no additional tuition cost beyond the January Term fee.

Payments must be received by the stated due date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of registration and/or housing assignments.
Students with outstanding balances or financial holds will not be permitted to register for future terms, and diplomas will not be released until balances are resolved. If an account becomes past due and is referred to a collection agency, the student is responsible for all related collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, and associated expenses.
