Mathematics and Computer Science Students Inducted into Sigma Zeta National Honor Society (04-28-2025)

2025 Sigma Zeta Inductees

Virginia Wesleyan University proudly announces the induction of 19 outstanding students into the Beta Omega Chapter of Sigma Zeta, the national undergraduate honor society for science and mathematics. Sigma Zeta encourages and fosters scholarly activity while recognizing academic achievement in the natural and computer sciences and mathematics. 

To be eligible for membership, students must major in at least one of the natural sciences, computer science, or mathematics; complete at least 25 semester hours of coursework, including 15 hours in the natural sciences, computer science, or mathematics; and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher in both their major fields and overall. 

The newly inducted members are:
