Registrar
The Registrar maintains records of the academic progress and accomplishments of students (past, present, future) including transcripts, transfer credits, and other scheduling processes such as dropping a course or declaring a major.

Hofheimer Library
Hofheimer Library is an inclusive environment that engages and inspires learners providing a place for studying, reading, relaxing, attending workshops, and meeting classmates for group work. The library's website is a place to get help with research, either one-on-one with a librarian or independently, through online library resources that are available 24/7.

Financial Aid

Computer Labs
Virginia Wesleyan University provides computer resources throughout the campus including five computer labs including several open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Scribner Univesity Store has information about textbooks for all your courses and is the source for all you Marlins gear and merchandise.

Campus Security
Virginia Wesleyan believes that a safe, secure environment is essential to learning and to the peace of mind of our students, their parents and our faculty. For this reason, we employ a staff of full-time security officers available 24/7 to assist our campus community.

Traffic and Parking
All vehicles must be registered with the Campus Security Office within one class day of the vehicle's arrival on campus. Students must go online to WebAdvisor to register their vehicle.

Student Handbook
The Virginia Wesleyan University Student Handbook applies to all Virginia Wesleyan University students and consists of an array of statements, policies, and standards, as well as the University’s Honor Code and Wesleyan Creed.
