Career Development hosts many events through The Fun Zone! The Fun Zone is a campus wide effort providing friendly competition every semester. We incorporate one or more Pillars of Wellness into each event supporting our Marlins in achieving a balanced lifestyle. The eight pillars include intellectual, physical, social, emotional, environmental, spiritual, and occupational wellness.
Events that are hosted through The Fun Zone usually have one of the icons below included on marketing materials. The featured icon indicates which pillar(s) of wellness is the focus during the program. Marlins are able to check in at each Fun Zone event turning their attendance into points. The more points a Marlin has, the better chance they have to win Fun Zone prizes which have included new smart watches, wireless headphones, Nike AirForce1 sneakers, and the most important prize - their overall wellness.
