General:
Font: Arial (Sans Sarif in Gmail)
            Font size: 10 pt (“Normal” in Gmail)
            Font color: All black
            Quotes: Do not add quotes or sayings as they appear  to be on behalf of the University
            Handwritten signatures: Not recommended  because image files may not translate
            Social media icons: Do not use because  image files may not translate, use hyperlinked words (see below)
Line  1: Name in bold. First name and last  name only, middle initial optional. VWU Alumni may include a graduation class  year after their names in this format: John Smith ’96
            Line  2: Official job title. If employee has  multiple titles, list one on one line, the other on the next line etc.
            Line  3: Virginia Wesleyan University, stays  exactly as is
            Line  4: VWU street address, stays exactly  as is
            Line  5: City, state, zip, stays exactly as  is
SPACE
Line  6: Employee’s VWU phone with periods  in between, direct line
            Line  7: Employee’s VWU email address
            Line 8: Web address – preferred is the main VWU address, optional  is their department/unit address
            Line 10: Social media links written out as the word/title of the  platform hyperlinked to that page. Preferred is linking these to the main VWU  accounts, optional is linking to office/unit social media pages. Recommended to  limit these to 3.
