Mathematics placement is done by the Mathematics Department on the basis of transcript review and any SAT or ACT test scores available. No placement test is required. Placements may be challenged by contacting Dr. Lydia Kennedy. Students with D math placement are encouraged to take the D placement test to assess whether a higher placement is warranted.
