Early Assurance Program with Eastern Virginia Medical School

Through the University’s Early Assurance Program with Eastern Virginia Medical School, VWU students have an enhanced opportunity to earn graduate degrees in eight EVMS master’s programs. The Early Assurance Program with EVMS gives admission preference to VWU students interested in pursuing advanced degrees in the following fields:

Early Assurance Program candidates complete a program of enriching scientific and service experiences at Virginia Wesleyan, as well as academic advising directed toward admission to Eastern Virginia Medical School. Students who fit the admissions criteria may apply during their junior year at VWU. Selected students are assured of admission to EVMS during their senior year.
